Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 yolk,
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dried dill - 1/2 tsp
- chopped cooked beef shank meat
How to make piroshki:
Remove pastry shells from package and let stand at room temperature to thaw 30 minutes. Meanwhile, saute onion in butter for a couple of minutes until translucent. Add sour cream, reserved chopped shank meat, dill, salt and pepper; mix well and setRecipe categories: Appetizers, Meat, Beef.
