  • sour cream - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 yolk,
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • dried dill - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped cooked beef shank meat

How to make piroshki:

Remove pastry shells from package and let stand at room temperature to thaw 30 minutes. Meanwhile, saute onion in butter for a couple of minutes until translucent. Add sour cream, reserved chopped shank meat, dill, salt and pepper; mix well and set
