Linguine with clam sauce
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- white wine
- cans minced clams undrained - 2 item
- to 8 garlic cloves, chopped - 6 item
How to make linguine with clam sauce:
Cook onions in butter until tender; add garlic. Continue to stir until garlic is tender, then add olive oil. Add clams (and juice) along with all other ingredients except for white wine and parsley. Continue to stir; add parsley and white wine. SimmerRecipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Clams.
