- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- mushrooms - 2 lb
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Cut up onions and mushroom stems; saute in margarine for 15 minutes. Add the two eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese and enough bread crumbs to form stuffing consistency.Melt margarine in separate pan; dip the mushroom caps in and set on a cookie sheet. Stuff the mushroom caps with the stuffing mixture and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
