- salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 item
- mushrooms - 32 item
- garlic - 2 item
- sausage - 8 oz
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems and chop. Saute in margarine and garlic 3 minutes to brown. Add sausage until well browned. Stir in remaining ingredients until heated through. Stuff each mushroom cap and heat at 350° about 3 minutes. Brush with butter.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
