- eggs - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- tomato sauce - 2/3 c
- parsley flakes - 4 Tbsp
- crushed oregano - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepperoni - 4 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make italian meat loaf:
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and ground beef; mix well. Take 1/2 of the meat mixture and put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
