Ingredients/Components
- mushrooms - 1 pkg
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove mushroom stems and chop very fine. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter and oil. In a bowl, combine seasonings, bread crumbs and cheese; add mushroom mixture and stir until thoroughly moistened. Fill mushroom caps with mixture and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
