Guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- diced green pepper - 6 Tbsp
- onion, minced - 3 Tbsp
- tomato, diced - 1/4 item
- avocado bumpy, not soggy but soft - 1 item
- smidge of milk or lemon juice - 1 item
- smidge salt - 1 item
How to make guacamole dip:
Scoop out avocado after cutting lengthwise. Mash with fork until smooth. Add milk or lemon juice to prevent discoloring. Cut and mince onion, dice green pepper and tomato and add smidge of salt. Mix. Serve with nacho chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salads.
