Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites, slightly beaten - 2 item
- small mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms; remove stems and dry caps. Chop stems into small pieces. Mix bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Add to stem pieces and mix well. Add egg whites; mix well. Stuff mushroom caps and place in oven-proof dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Yields 6 servings.Per Serving: 50 calories, 0 grams fat, 0 milligrams cholesterol and 79 milligrams sodium.
