Ingredients/Components

  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • crabmeat - 2 lb
  • chopped dry onions - 1/2 c

How to make stuffed crabs:

Saute celery and onions in oleo until soft. Add cream of celery soup, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until warm. Mix crabmeat in separate bowl with bread crumbs, salt and pepper. After onions and celery cool, add to crabmeat mixture and mix well. Stuff crab shells and sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake.
