Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 4 item
- sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- pecans - 8 c
How to make candied pecans:
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan with 2-inch sides. Beat egg whites. Add sugar. Fold in pecans. Add to pan with melted butter; mix well. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Pour out onto wax paper. Break apart; cool. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
