Strawberry-rhubarb freezer jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- boxes strawberry jello - 2 item
- rhubarb, cut fine - 5 c
How to make strawberry-rhubarb freezer jam:
Cook rhubarb, sugar and pineapple at least 20 to 25 minutes. Add dry jello. Mix and pour into jars and seal. Store in freezer. Makes 4 or 5 pints.Recipe categories: Low protein, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
