Frozen fruit medley
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 20 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- bananas, diced - 3 item
- can frozen orange juice concentrate - 6 oz
- can apricots - 17 oz
- liquid from apricots and pineapple - 1 c
How to make frozen fruit medley:
Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving 1 cup of the combined liquid. Combine the liquid with the apricots, pineapple and remaining ingredients. Spoon into cupcake papers put in muffin tins. Freeze until solid, then package cups in freezer bags. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving to partially thaw. Makes 30 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Strawberry, Salads.
