Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Dream Whip, whipped - 1 pkg
- graham cracker halves - 20 item
How to make lemon dessert:
Line pan with a mixture of graham crackers and melted butter. (Keep some for crumbs on top of Jell-O.) Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Combine crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Add to Jell-O and let congeal (not too stiff). Add whipped Dream Whip. Pour over graham mixture in pan and sprinkle with reserved graham crumbs. Refrigerate for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Weeknight.
