- pkg - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 4 c
How to make strawberry-rhubarb freezer jam:
Combine pineapple, rhubarb and sugar in saucepan. Cook 15 minutes. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Pour into 3 pint jars or plastic containers and freeze.Recipe categories: Low protein, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
