Ingredients/Components
- of white cake mix - 1 bx
- pecans - 1 c
- frozen coconut - 1 c
- frozen strawberries - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- cooking oil - 1 c
- bx - 1 sm
- Beat with mixer until there is no more lumps
- stick of oleo - 1 item
How to make strawberry nut cake:
Mix dry ingredients together then add the rest of the ingredients. Beat with mixer until there is no more lumps. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Frosting:1 bx. confectioners' sugar1 stick of oleo1/2 c. frozen strawberries1/2 c. pecans1/2 c. frozen coconut Whip oleo and sugar slowly. Thin with juice from frozen strawberries. Then add the rest of the ingredients. If too thick, thin with additional juice.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make.
