- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- pecans - 1/2 c
- frozen strawberries - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- box strawberry jello - 1 item
- drained strawberries - 1/2 c
- Filling:1 stick oleo
How to make strawberry pecan cake:
Filling:1 stick oleo1 box confectioners sugar1/2 c. drained strawberries1/2 c. pecans1/2 c. coconut Mix together dry cake mix and jello. Add Wesson oil and milk, mixing together well. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend well after each. Add strawberries, coconut and pecans, mixing well. Bake in 3 layers in greased and floured pans at 350° until cake is done.Filling: Blend softened oleo, confectioners sugar, strawberries, pecans and coconut together well and spread between layers of cake.
