Ingredients/Components

  • Jumbo shrimp - 1 lb
  • large onion - 1 item
  • mushrooms - 12 oz
  • head of broccoli - 1 item
  • Green Bell Peppers - 3 item
  • snow peas - 1/4 lb
  • Olive oil - 1 item
  • Salt and Pepper - 1 item
  • Soy Sauce - 1 item

How to make stir fry shrimp:

Wash the shrimp, remove the shell and devein. Chop the broccoli and discard the large stem. Chop the peppers, mushrooms, and onion. In a large pan, or wok, pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil, and add shrimp. Saut?© shrimp for 2 minutes, then add broccoli, and mix well. Add green peppers, 1/2 tsp. salt, and pepper to your liking.

Now, add soy sauce, little at a time, while mixing regularly. Add mushroom and onions, and mix for 2 minutes. You can continue the stir frying process until the vegetables are softer. If you like your vegetables crisp, and raw, don't stir fry to long. The shrimp will cook fast and since we saut?©ed it first, most shrimp pieces will end up in the bottom, and closer to fire. Your can serve this dish with white rice.
