- ground chuck - 1 lb
- head cabbage - 1/2 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
How to make cabbage casserole:
Brown meat and pour off fat. Cut up some cabbage (a little or a lot depending on how you like it) over the meat. Pour soup over all. Cook down to right consistency. Better than it sounds and doesn't taste like onion.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
