Stir and drop sugar cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
How to make stir and drop sugar cookies:
Beat eggs with fork. Stir in oil and vanilla and blend in sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl. Add to sugar mixture and refrigerate. After chilling, preheat oven to 400°. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet (3 in a row). Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
