Sticky buns
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- raisins - 2 4
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- loaf frozen bread dough, thawed - 1 item
- butterscotch pudding mix not instant - 1/2 pkg
How to make sticky buns:
Grease an angel food cake pan with shortening. Put nuts and raisins in bottom of pan. Cut dough lengthwise in half. Cut each half into 6 pieces. Arrange in pan, then sprinkle with butterscotch pudding and cinnamon. In saucepan, mix the melted butter, sugar and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over dough. Cover pan with a cloth and let rise overnight (about 8 hours). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 2 to 3 minutes. Invert pan on plate and serve.
