Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- shortening, melted - 3/4 c
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add eggs, sugar, shortening and flour. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
