  • confectioners sugar - 6 Tbsp
  • graham crackers - 1 pkg
  • stick margarine, softened - 1 item
  • instant lemon pie filling - 1 pkg
  • Pour crumbs into bowl

How to make cheese cake:

With rolling pin, crush graham crackers until fine. Pour crumbs into bowl. Add confectioners sugar. Add margarine. Take hands and mix well and press into pan.Filling:1 (6 oz.) cream cheese2 c. milk1 pkg. instant lemon pie filling Blend 1/2 cup of milk and cream cheese until smooth, then add the remaining milk. Add lemon pie filling. Beat until smooth. Pour into the crust. Let set until firm. Cut when well chilled.
