Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs, diced - 2 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- tomatoes - 8 item
How to make spinach stuffed tomatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°. Remove stem end and pulp from tomatoes. Invert for 10 minutes to drain. Melt butter. Add flour and seasonings. Add spinach, eggs and tomato pulp. Fill tomato shells. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 15 minuteRecipe categories: Spinach, Main dish, Greens.
