Spinach ricotta pie
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chopped tomato - 3/4 c
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- low-fat Ricotta cheese - 3/4 c
How to make spinach ricotta pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix spinach and onion; set aside. Beat cheeses and seasonings in a small bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Stir in spinach mixture. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining ingredients (cheese and tomato). Serve with bagel chips or crisp crackers.
