Spinach stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 (8
- small Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- box large pasta shells - 1/2 item
- frozen chopped spinach use 2 if you like it real spinachy - 1 pkg
- ground beef or turkey optional, can be made vegetarian - 1/2 lb
- large spaghetti sauce of choice - 1 item
How to make spinach stuffed shells:
Boil shells and drain. Prepare spinach as directed. Open hot spinach into a bowl and mix with Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses. Stir until cheese melts. Fill each shell with a spoonful of spinach/cheese mix and place in baking dish. Cover with sauce with or without browned meat. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
