Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 3
- tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- Mozzarella
- veal scallops - 3/4 lb
How to make veal scaloppine:
Bread veal. Heat oil in a fry pan and add minced garlic clove. Brown meat quickly over high heat. Add mixture of tomato paste, salt and water. Lower heat and add mushrooms. Simmer at least 5 minutes. Melt cheese on top.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
