- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- honey - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts, split and boned - 6 item
How to make glazed chicken:
In a shallow baking dish melt butter. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Roll chicken in mixture, coating both sides. Arrange chicken in dish, skin side up. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, basting occasionally.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
