Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 t
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 t
- prepared mustard - 1 t
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 5 c
- green pepper, sliced - 1/2 item
- worcestershire sauce - 1 t
- can undiluted tomato soup - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook and cool the carrots. Mix carrots with onion and green pepper. Stir together remaining ingredients and add to vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
