Spinach quiche
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- eggs - 5 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 4 5
- shortening - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- onion or onion powder to taste - 1/4 c
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and thoroughly drained - 1 (10
- Slice tomatoes thinly and place on top
How to make spinach quiche:
Mix above ingredients together and pour into a 9-inch pie crust. Slice tomatoes thinly and place on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on tomatoes. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes. Test by inserting knife into center of quiche.
