Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • plain yogurt - 1 c
  • green onions, finely chopped - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dried tarragon leaves, crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors about 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
