Ingredients/Components
- half and half
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- thyme, crushed - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Muenster cheese - 1/2 c
- tarragon, crushed - 1/8 tsp
- garlic cheese flavored croutons - 3/4 c
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place 1 cup of the rice over bottom of casserole. Cover with half of the broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of the croutons over broccoli.
