  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • thyme, crushed - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded Muenster cheese - 1/2 c
  • tarragon, crushed - 1/8 tsp
  • garlic cheese flavored croutons - 3/4 c

How to make broccoli and rice casserole:

Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place 1 cup of the rice over bottom of casserole. Cover with half of the broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of the croutons over broccoli. Repeat layers with remaining rice and broccoli. In me
