Cheese sticks
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour, sifted - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp cheese, shredded - 1 c
How to make cheese sticks:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a medium size bowl. Blend in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add cheese, cayenne pepper and water. Mix well until mixture holds together. Roll out and cut into strips.Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or lightly brown.
