Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 oz
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and squeeze the chopped spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, 1 1/2 cups sour cream, soup mix, mayonnaise, water chestnuts and green onions; blend well. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
