Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 c
- green onions - 3 item
- Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
- water chestnuts, chopped - 8 oz
- frozen crab meat or shrimp, chopped fine - 1 item
- pumpernickel round - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, soup mix, salad dressing or mayonnaise, chopped chestnuts, green onions and seafood. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Hollow out pumpernickel round before serving;Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
