Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- sharp cheese - 1 lb
- garlic salt or powder to taste - 1 item
- pecans, chopped fine - 1 c
- Mexene chili powder - 1 item
How to make cheese log:
Grate cheese. Let cream cheese soften. Chop nuts. Cream all the ingredients together. Roll into logs and sprinkle on chili powder.Tip: Sharp cheese will grate easier if you let it get soft.
