Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped spinach - 3 pkg
- milk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- Swiss cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- caraway seed - 1 Tbsp
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. In blender, mix milk, egg, cheese, butter, onion, salt and caraway seed. Pour over spinach in 9 x 13-inch or 9 x 11-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
