Ingredients/Components

  • frozen chopped spinach - 3 pkg
  • milk - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • Swiss cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • caraway seed - 1 Tbsp

How to make spinach casserole:

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. In blender, mix milk, egg, cheese, butter, onion, salt and caraway seed. Pour over spinach in 9 x 13-inch or 9 x 11-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
