Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1/3 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 3 c
- large onion - 1 item
- parmesan cheese - 1/2 tsp
- bags frozen, chopped spinach - 2 item
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach and drain. Cream the eggs and butter. Add spinach and rest of dry ingredients. Mix and chill 1/2 hour. Shape into balls. Grease cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
