Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- cold water - 1 tsp
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make spiced pecans:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add nuts and coat thoroughly. Place on buttered jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (I use Pam first). Bake at 225° forRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
