  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • cold water - 1 tsp
  • pecan halves - 1 lb

How to make spiced pecans:

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add nuts and coat thoroughly. Place on buttered jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (I use Pam first). Bake at 225° for
