Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- spaghetti noodles - 1 lb
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Cook noodles according to directions on package. Brown meat and mushrooms in butter. Add salt, sugar, tomato sauce and paste. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, onions, pepper and sour cream. Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of casseroleRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
