Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 1 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make sugar pecans:
Beat lightly the egg white and cold water. Mix together brown sugar, sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Turn pecan halves in egg white mixture. Then turn in sugar mixture. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet in single layer. Bake at 250° for 50 minuteRecipe categories: Seasonal, Winter, Food gift.
