Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- pecan halves - 2 c
How to make spiced pecans:
Boil sugar, cinnamon and milk, stirring constantly until mixture reaches a soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and add 2 cups pecans and vanilla. Stir until all nuts are well coated. Drop individually on waxed paper.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
