Spanish chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 3 lb
- cans green chilies or chili peppers mild or hot - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- onion, diced - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese, grated for top of casserole - 1 item
- black olives optional - 1 item
How to make spanish chicken casserole:
Tear tortillas about size of a quarter. Saute in oil until just tender. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into a 1 quart or 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese grated on top is melted.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Stew.
