  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • skim milk - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • slices bacon, crisp fried and crumbled - 12 item

How to make impossible bacon pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10 1/2-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
