  • low-fat sour cream - 2 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
  • flour tortillas - 12 item
  • chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced - 4 item
  • small onion, chopped and sauteed - 1 item
  • lite Cheddar cheese - 1 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Mix soup (undiluted), sour cream, chilies and sauteed onion. Divide mixture in half. Place 1/12 of chicken and sauce in each tortilla. Roll and place in greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce over stuffed tortillas. Top generously with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. May be frozen.
