Noodles a la russe
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- wide egg noodles, cooked - 6 oz
How to make noodles a la russe:
Heat oven to 350°. Brown meat and garlic in a skillet. Drain fat and season with salt and pepper. Mix together melted margarine, sour cream, cheese and pimento. Add meat and sour cream mixture to noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly brown. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
