Ingredients/Components
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- large spaghetti squash - 1 item
- cup shredded Parmesan cheese - 1/2 item
- lb seasoned sausage or hamburger cooked ground - 1 item
- cup onion yellow - 1/2 item
- to 2 cups mozzarella cheese - 1 item
How to make spaghetti squash:
Split squash and steam until done, let cool. Take a fork and shred out the filling of the squash into a baking dish. Add the sauce, meat and onion. Season, mix well and cover with cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until hot through and cheese is browning slightly.You can cook the squash a day or so before actually having it for dinner.
