Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- Dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated parmesan - 1/2 c
- unpeeled grated zucchini - 3 c
- marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all and spread in 13 x 9 x 2 greased pan. (Pampered Chef Bar Pan works well.) Bake 25 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
