Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 parsley
- ground beef - 2 lb
- large onions, chopped - 2 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 item
- sweet basil - 1/2 tsp
- whole green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- stalks and leaves of celery - 3 item
- segment garlic - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Saute first 5 ingredients slowly for 1/2 hour. Add ground beef and fry until delicate brown, without lid. Drain any fat. Add tomato paste, basil, salt and pepper. Add enough water to make thin. Let simmer slowly until thickens, about 1 hour or more. You can use this for stuffed peppers, also.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
