Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 24 oz
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- clove chopped garlic - 1 item
- to 8 lasagna noodles - 7 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown beef with the garlic; add parsley, basil, salt, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer. Cook 7 to 8 lasagna noodles and rinse with cold water. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan: 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat.
