Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cider vinegar
- green food coloring - 1 item
- bell peppers, ground
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
How to make green pepper relish:
Well drain the peppers; add sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil and then cool slowly for 5 minutes. Add Sure-Jell and a few drops of food coloring. Stir in completely. Pour in jars and add paraffin wax to seal. Can be stored in cupboard for a year. Serve on crackers with cream cheese as an appetizer.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
